WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. – Artist Point is scheduled to open next week.
The state says the final stretch of the Mount Baker Highway will be ready for the July 4th weekend thanks to crews working seven days a week.

It’s scheduled to open next Thursday at five in the afternoon.
