SEATTLE, Wash. — An atmospheric river is bringing rain, flooding, some landslides and road closures to the Pacific Northwest.
The mountains have seen heavy snow and will see possible avalanches today Tuesday and Wednesday.
A flood watch is in effect in Whatcom County through Wednesday.
