AUBURN, Wash. — A man and two teens left a Shell station clerk suffering a heart attack to die, but not before they helped themselves to the cash register and several other items in the Auburn store Saturday evening.

KOMO reports the clerk got into an argument with the three after the teens attempted to shoplift, and when he came around the counter to confront the teens, he collapsed and lost consciousness.

Store cameras show one teen jump the counter to empty the cash register and then the teen boys go in and out of the store several times to take more items, making off with $178.

Another customer found the clerk several minutes later, called for help and began CPR.

The clerk is on life support.

Auburn police is asking if you recognize the any of the three in the video to call their tip line at 253-288-7403.
