OAK Harbor, Wash – Two people are in the hospital after a motorcycle/ car wreck on Highway 20 Friday in Oak Harbor.
Robert Peterson, 43, of Anacortes was stopped at the intersection with Banta Road, when he turned left in front of a car driven by Melanie Bolander, 52, of Oak Harbor, who hit him, and had to be taken to Island Hospital for her injuries.
Peterson was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle and charged with failure to yield by the State Patrol.
