MOUNT BAKER-SNOQUALMIE NATIONAL FOREST – The Baker Lake Trail is closed after several people reported encounters with a cougar that was exhibiting unusual behavior.
The Mount Baker Snoqualmie National Forest posted the notice on their Facebook page.
The trail will remain closed until Forest Service and Fish and Wildlife biologists can assess and mitigate any danger.
