Battle Ground City Council Passes Income Tax Ban

Monday night, the city council of Battle Ground, Washington unanimously adopted a resolution banning a local income tax.

This comes as a direct challenge to Washington State’s recently passed Capital Gains Tax.

Battle Ground joins the cities of Spokane, Granger, and Spokane Valley as the fourth to go on record against a local income tax.
