BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham announced they are “ALL IN” for the first ever Climate Action Week later this month.
The week full of free events, activities, and presentations on climate change will take place September 23rd through the 29th.
Bellingham’s commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions was renewed last year when the City Council approved an update to the Climate Protection Action Plan.
Climate Action Week will celebrate the knowledge, progress and resources the community has to offer when looking for solutions to address global climate change at the local level.
Bellingham’s Climate Action Week aligns with the UN Climate Action Summit and Climate Week NYC.
