BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A crowd Bellingham police estimated at 3000 rallied at Bellingham City Hall Saturday morning, joining in the national March For Our Lives student movement protesting gun violence.

Aerial footage over Mount Vernon showed about 100 marchers there.

There were also marches in Seattle, Portland and Salem, Oregon.

Over 800,000 students rallied in Washington, DC.

About 800 marches were planned across the U.S. and on several other continents.
