BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham now has a marijuana-based church.

The Association of Sacramental Ministries, which uses cannabis as a sacrament, have opened the Natural Healing Church of the Holy Redeemer on Hannegan Road in Bellingham.

They say they follow the Nine Epiphanies, a set of scriptures “that focus on cannabis eventually bringing peace between major religions.”

They’ve been holding regular weekly services at 4165 Hannegan Road since November 4th.

Kimble Lukenbill, head minister of the Bellingham church commented, “we’re very happy to be open for new members and to provide a wonderful place of worship.”
