BELLINGHAM, Wash. — City Hall is getting some major upgrades.
The Bellingham City Council Chambers will be closed to the public Monday through March 20 to accommodate a series of upgrades.
Crews will be making ADA upgrades, replacing the carpet, and repainting the room.
City Council meetings will be held at the Whatcom County Council chambers during the three-week closure.
