BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham-based businesses Pacific Continental Realty and Pacific Continental Maintenance have changed hands.
Experienced commercial real estate brokers KC Coonc and Ryan A. Martin acquired the businesses January 1 from Jim and Nancy Bjerke.
Pacific Continental Realty was founded in 1972 and became Whatcom County’s first commercial brokerage in 1990.
Together with Pacific Continental Maintenance, the businesses are a one-stop provider for commercial investors.
