Police say Alexander Ransom got angry with a neighbor, who’s in his his 80s, and used his legs to push the elderly man at the Spinnaker Reach Condominiums on State Street.
Police say Ransom first yelled and cussed at the man to stop doing yard work at about 9:00 Monday evening.
The man ended up falling into some thorny bushes.
Ransom faces misdemeanor assault charges.
