BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The plan to spend over $9 million to support local low-income and homeless residents is up for public comment.
The City of Bellingham announced a draft of their 2019 Action Plan is available at the reference desk of the Central and Fairhaven library branches as well as online.
It lays out how the funding for housing and human services will be spent between July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020.
The public is invited to comment on the draft action plan in person at a hearing at City Hall on March 14 at 6 PM, or by e-mail to haven@cob.org.
