SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. – A driver from Bellingham and his passenger were both hospitalized following a single vehicle crash early Sunday on I-5 south of Everett.
The State Patrol reports 24-year-old Jackson R. Stoll was driving north at milepost 186 just before 1 a.m. when his SUV veered off the freeway to the right and hit a tree.
Both Stoll and the 23-year-old Shoreline woman who was riding with him were taken to Providence Medical Center in Everett.
Troopers say it’s unknown whether drugs or alcohol were involved and the crash remains under investigation.
