BELLINGHAM, Wash. – An elite Bellingham racquetball player already charged with sex crimes has now been charged in a fourth case.
45 year old Carlos Scott of Bellingham, who is also known as Carlos Rivera, has been charged with sex assault in the case of a local woman who came forward after learning of the original allegations that Scott sexually assaulted two girls and raped an intoxicated woman.
The Bellingham Herald reports court records as saying Scott started giving the woman free massages in her home in 2014, and eventually raped her after the two met for drinks in mid-February.
Scott was arrested September 7th and is free on $100,000 bond.
