BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham Parks and Rec is offering an expanded day camp for kids this summer.
Recreation Manager Melissa Bianconi says that they merged two camps together to create “BellingCamp,” taking place at Bloedel Donovan Park.
She says BellingCamp will run extended hours from 8 to 5:30 and will have some new weekly themes and old favorites for kids ages 6 to 13.
The city is also offering Adventure Day Camp with daily field trips for kids ages 8 to 13, including horseback riding, biking, and a visit to a welding shop.
Registration opened this week.
