BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Firefighters are taking a dip in Lake Padden to work on their water rescue skills.
The Bellingham Fire Department says personnel with fire engines and ambulances will be around the Lake Padden area all week.
They’ll have signs up when they’re practicing so as not to alarm park visitors.
