BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The City of Bellingham wants an artist for a downtown project, this time for traffic boxes throughout the Arts District.
Artwork will be installed on six traffic boxes located around the Bellingham Public Library, the Whatcom Museum and the Mt. Baker Theatre.
The goal is to enhance the district’s identity and beautify the streetscape.
The selected artist will get $500 for each image chosen and installed.
