The former football player and Bellingham personal trainer accused of killing his wife made his first court appearance in a wheelchair.
Anthony McClanahan is accused of stabbing his 28 year old wife, Keri McClanahan, to death in a Park City, Utah condo on November 2nd.
Keri McClanahan was from Bellingham.
The Deseret News reports Anthony McClanahan spoke softly as he waived a reading of the charge against him in court yesterday (Monday).
His lawyer said he didn’t know why McClanahan was in a wheelchair.
