BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A Bellingham man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly drugging and raping a woman in 2014.
Eli Hamal Pucci faces a second-degree rape charge after a warrant for his arrest was issued in late June.
According to court documents, a woman alleged that after meeting with Pucci for drinks, she was invited back to his apartment to take Adderall.
The woman, who was familiar with the effects of Adderall, became drowsy, unlike other times she had taken the drug.
She awoke feeling drugged and claims Pucci was sexually assaulting her.
