BELLINGHAM, WASH. A Bellingham man is arrested after shooting his brother in the leg.
Nathan Andrew Valley told deputies his brother and others refused to leave his home in the 5100 block of Hannegan Road Friday night.
The Bellingham Herald reports Valley grabbed a gun when two of his brothers got into a fight around 7:45.
Valley says he fired two shots when one of his brothers lunged at him, hitting the brother in the left leg and right foot.
Police arrested Valley early Saturday.
He posted bond Monday afternoon.
