BELLINGHAM, Wash (AP) – A Bellingham man is convicted of smuggling 64 pounds of cocaine into Canada in 2014.
Victor Tyrone Peal was arrested near the Canada-U.S. border.
The Vancouver Sun reports the cocaine was worth more than a million dollars.
Peal was tried and convicted in BC.
