BELLINGHAM, Wash.- Another disturbing incident involving a man exposing himself is reported in Bellingham.
Police say a man was masturbating on the back porch of a home in the 12-hundred block Garden Street on Saturday.
Just the day before, a young woman awoke to a similar sight at her Gladstone Street home.
Police are investigating several of these types of calls.
