BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A Bellingham man pleads not guilty to amended charges that he raped a teenage babysitter in 2015.

The Bellingham Herald reports Tyler Ryan entered his plea Thursday morning on two counts of rape and a charge of intimidating a witness.

Ryan was first charged in July.

Former state Attorney General Rob McKenna is working with Ryan on the case and was accused of ethics violations after comments he made to KGMI in July about the case.
