BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Two Bellingham men pleaded not guilty in Whatcom Superior Court to charges related to a drive-by shooting incident in March.
The Bellingham Herald reports Gene Parker, Jr. and Robert Chase made their pleas Friday.
Each man faces multiple charges including unlawful firearms possession, assault and drive by shooting after a March 12th incident in the Birchwood neighborhood.
