SEATTLE, Wash – A Bellingham native will help light up the 2017 Seafair parade Saturday in Seattle.
Billy Burke was born and raised in Bellingham, and started singing at age 9.
He has been seen in the Twilight move series as Bella’s father and starred in two TV series- “24” and “Revolution”.
Burke will serve as one of two grand marshalls for the Torchlight Parade at 7:30 tonight (Saturday).
The Seafair website says persons who want to see the parade free can view it from 4th Avenue in Seattle.
The Seafair hydroplane races are for Lake Washington August 4-6; The Blue Angels will be flying at the Museum of Flight’s Jet Blast Bash next Saturday and Sunday.
