BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The City of Bellingham is celebrating flag day by raising its new flag.
A flag-raising ceremony for the newly adopted Bellingham Flag is scheduled for noon Wednesday at the City Hall Flag Plaza.
Local graphic artist Brad Lockhart designed the flag and the City Council adopted it as the official city flag in April.
