BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham Police arrested a man accused of frequently pimping out a woman in Blaine, Bellingham and as far south as Seattle.
After getting a tip, officers began investigating Tony Lee Combs, AKA “Flossy Jeff,” July 24th and found online ads offering sex with a woman for money.
They set up an arrangement and intercepted Combs and the woman as they left a Bellingham Motel 6 for the meeting.
The victim told police that Combs controlled everything, telling her where to stay, setting up sexual encounters, and taking all the money she would get.
Combs has previous convictions for murder, child rape and tampering with a witness.
