BELLINGHAM, Wash.- The Bellingham Police Department released a composite sketch early Friday morning of a man possibly connected to the multiple voyeurism incidents close to WWU.
Detective Sue Howell received information from an alert witness who was around the 800 block of North Garden street on Halloween.
The witness who is familiar with the area and residents, recognized this person’s behavior was not normal said police.
According to the news release, the description of the person in the sketch matches the suspect in the voyeurism cases.
