BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham Police are looking for a woman they say assaulted an 8-year-old at the Mount Baker Theatre.
Police say the girl was celebrating her birthday at the Underwater Bubble Fantasia show on Saturday.
They say the woman used a rolled-up playbill to hit the child on the hand and told her to “shut up.”
Police need help identifying the woman from the photograph. If you have any information, contact police.
