BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham Police are trying to identify suspects in a number of acts of vandalism downtown over the weekend.

Lieutenant Claudia Murphy reports officers responded to businesses that reported broken windows on North State Street, East Magnolia, East Holly and Railroad Avenue.

Damage totalled almost $14,000 in nine incidents.

A citizen has started a GoFundMe drive to help the businesses pay to fix the damage.
