BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A man known as an elite player in the local racquetball scene faces rape and molestation charges.
The Bellingham Herald reports 45 year old Carlos Scott, who’s also known as Carlos Rivera, was arrested in May after a preteen girl said he had touched her sexually when he was at the girl’s home for a dinner party.
News of that arrest prompted a woman in her 30’s to come forward.
She says she passed out after Scott served her a drink at his apartment in 2014 and awoke to find him raping her.
And a girl in her teens says Scott molested her twice a few years ago.
Scott met at least two of the victims at Bellingham Athletic Club.
The owner says Scott has been banned from the club.
