BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A same-sex couple from Bellingham is suing Allegiant Air, claiming they and their children were harassed and forced off a plane.

Stacy Ziegler King and Christina King say the same flight attendant hassled them for being lesbians on two separate flights.

Allegiant told City News Service it does not discriminate against any passenger on the basis of sexual orientation.

But, the airline also says it can’t comment on pending litigation.

The couple says it happened last year as they traveled for a mother’s cremation service.
