BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Do you know a Bellingham Public School student who is more academically advanced than their peers?
The school district is accepting referrals from those who believe a student should be placed in the “Highly Capable Learners” category, as per state law.
Parents, teachers, school staff, and community members can find referral forms at the Bellingham Public School website.
Forms must be submitted by December 12.
