BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A freshly converted commercial building on the waterfront is looking for tenants.
Construction on the Granary building began in 2015 after having been abandoned for years and Bellwether Real Estate has offered it up for lease.
They’re looking for offices, restaurants, retail shops, personal services and social spaces to fill the six-floor, 57,000 square foot building.
The building is set on the water where Whatcom Creek meets Bellingham Bay.
