BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A Bellingham woman has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit and run earlier this month.
Bellingham Police Lt. Claudia Murphy says 25-year-old Rayven Butler-Washington was arrested on Wednesday, May 18th, by Lummi Police.
Butler-Washington is accused of running over 38-year-old Pablo Rabang of Deming on May 6th in the Irongate neighborhood.
Witnesses told investigators that the two were heard arguing before Rabang was fatally struck.
Butler-Washington faces nearly a dozen charges, including several warrant counts out of Lummi Tribal Court.
