The Bellingham Bells lost the opener of their series in Yakima Monday night falling to the Yakima Valley Pippins 4-2. The Bells outhit the Pippins 12-4 but could only turn it into two runs. The Bells record is even at 2-2.
The teams play again Tuesday night at 7:05 at Yakima County Stadium.
