BIRCH BAY, Wash – More signs of work to come on the new Birch Bay Berm will be seen Tuesday.

Flaggers will be limiting traffic on Birch Bay Drive between Evergreen Lane and Cedar Avenue from 7a-5pm as repaving of archaeological test sites related to the project is completed.

Work will begin on the berm project this fall after the tourist season is over.

The project will restore the natural shoreline and protect Birch Bay Drive from repeats of recent storm damage.
