BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A Blaine man was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Noon Road.
The State Patrol says Kyle Thompson, 30, was driving about 2 miles north of Bellingham Wednesday evening when he drifted into the other lane and then over corrected.
That sent his pickup into the ditch and a pole.
The vehicle rolled several times and Thompson was thrown out of the truck.
He wasn’t wearing a seat belt.
Troopers say speed was a factor in the crash.
