BLAINE, Wash. — A Blaine man faces sexual assault and incest charges after his daughter says he raped her.
Court records indicate the woman and 45-year-old Timothy J. Reilly were living in a home with another couple.
She says she awoke early on September 15th to find her father raping her.
She texted a friend afterward and went to St. Joseph Hospital for a rape examination.
Sheriff’s investigators arrested Reilly on September 16th.
