BLAINE, Wash. – A Blaine man is in the Whatcom County Jail awaiting sentencing for molesting a young family member.
The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation in May 2020 after receiving reports that Kekoa Walker had molested a 12-year-old relative about five years ago.
He was arrested and charged with 2nd degree rape of a child in August of that year.
