BLAINE, Wash. — The City of Blaine is seeking the public’s input on updating its Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan.
During the update process, the City will identify natural hazards that could impact the community, assess vulnerability to these hazards, and formulate mitigation strategies to protect the community.
Part of the review and update process includes opportunities for public comment.
The City encourages residents to review the existing plan and identify items that could be revised or updated with the new plan.
The City has provided a comment form; be sure to select Blaine under the Jurisdiction pull down menu to ensure that the City receives the comments.
Comments will be received through March 31st, 2021.
