Lake Whatcom’s Bloedel Donovan boat launch will close for construction from Feb.15-Feb. 28.
The City of Bellingham’s Parks and Recreation Department said crews will be replacing the floating docks and piling.
The current facility has surpassed its intended design life.
The city said the upgrade will greatly improve everyone’s boat launch experience.
