A Blaine Border agent was in the right place at the right time Monday when he was able to help a man in Port Angeles suffering an apparent cardiac problem.
Customs and Border Protection reports the agent is a trained paramedic and member of their Trauma and Rescue team.
The agent came upon a group of bystanders giving the man CPR, so he stepped in and used an External Defibrillator, then continued CPR until the Fire Department could get there.
