FERNDALE, Wash. – Starting Monday, the Fragrance Garden and Tennant Lake Boardwalk at Hovander Homestead Park in Ferndale will be closed for repairs on the walkway and irrigation.
The closure is expected to last through the end of October.
All other areas, including trails between Hovander and Tennant Lake, the Riverwalk and the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife hand watercraft launch will stay open.
