BLAINE, Wash. – Border Patrol agents in Sumas stopped illegal narcotics from getting into Whatcom County for the second time this month.
Chief Patrol Agent David BeMiller said agents recovered over two pounds of ketamine over the weekend.
The suspect, who has not been identified, had entered the U.S. illegally through Canada.
Earlier this month, agents in Blaine found hundreds of pounds of meth in an abandoned Hummer near the border.
No one has been arrested in connection with the abandoned car.
