BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham Police arrested a man after finding child pornography on his cellphone.
Lt. Claudia Murphy says in a statement that a witness alerted officers to 57-year-old Richard W. Wilke last Friday evening, October 21st.
They contacted Wilke in the 3400 block of Woburn Street and found images and video of minors, 10 to 12 years of age, engaged in sexual activity.
He is being held on $200,000 bail.
