BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A Vancouver, WA man has been convicted of felony charges for repeatedly threatening a former girlfriend.
The victim’s statement filed in Whatcom County Superior Court states that 26-year-old Brody Joseph Clark sent her constant threats of violence after she left him and moved to Bellingham from Vancouver in early 2021. She told the court that Clark was abusive throughout their two-year relationship.
Clark was found guilty in Whatcom Superior Court of two counts of Harassment Threaten to Kill/Bodily Injury. He received sentences of 51 months and 22 months on the counts that he will serve concurrently. He was given credit for time served in the Clark County Jail.
