BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham Police have released the identity of a person found dead in Bellingham Bay.
Lt. Claudia Murphy says witnesses called 911 after seeing a body in the waters near Hilton Ave on March 16th.
The man, identified as 51-year-old Christopher Noonan of Bellingham, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say there were no signs of foul play in Noonan’s death.
