OLYMPIA, Wash. — An Alberta, Canada company is recalling more than 4,600 pounds of raw intact pork products because they were not re-inspected when they entered the U-S.
The Food Safety and Inspection Service reports the company, Olymel, made the announcement on Tuesday.
Production dates on the pork range from January 22 to February 5th and were shipped to retail and restaurant locations throughout Washington and Oregon.
While there are no confirmed reports of illness or any adverse reactions, you are urged not to eat the products and either throw them away, or return them to where you bought them.
